Typical projects we implement include:

  • We build scoring models to assess credit risk, fraud risk, customer loyalty models, spatial models.
  • The models are designed to evaluate individual customers or entrepreneurs.
  • The basis for the construction of models is analytical data of Partners and BIK Group data.
  • In modeling, we use traditional statistical methods, as well as Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence methods.

  • We perform validation of Partner's internal scoring models and BIK scoring models on dedicated portfolios.

  • We implement models on the BIK side.
  • We support the implementation of models on the Partner's side (defining the scope of information to be collected, setting cut-off points and reporting system, supporting testing processes).

  • We conduct analyses (recommendations) of the acceptance/rejection point in the model.
  • We do the calibration of models.
  • We develop methodologies and prepare model monitoring templates.
